Professor Harry Panahi
Dr. Harry Panahi is a Florida-licensed general dentist with advanced hospital-based training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Anesthesiology. After fulfilling Florida’s general dentistry licensure requirements, he completed additional residency training at Jackson Memorial Hospital, the primary teaching hospital for the University of Miami, where his clinical focus included trauma care, anesthesia management, and reconstructive surgery. This rigorous hospital experience established a strong foundation in complex dental procedures and patient safety. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Panahi received multiple distinctions for excellence, including the Excellence of Practice Award, the Implant Dentistry Award, and the Clinician’s Award, recognizing both his clinical skill and leadership potential. He currently serves as an active adjunct Professor of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where he mentors post-doctoral dentists in advanced clinical training and remains deeply committed to education and professional development.
Hospital-trained in Dental Anesthesiology and licensed by the State of Florida to provide general anesthesia, Dr. Panahi operates a fully licensed anesthesia facility that adheres to strict safety protocols, including pulse oximetry, EKG monitoring, continuous blood pressure and Co2 assessment, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support standards. His clinical team maintains CPR and DAANCE certifications to ensure the highest level of patient safety. Dr. Panahi values long-term patient relationships and collaborative teamwork—principles that also guide his educational philosophy. Through his training programs, he shares practical, real-world knowledge drawn from years of hospital experience, anesthesia management, private practice, and academic leadership, ensuring that each student graduates confident, competent, and prepared to serve as a vital member of a professional dental team.
Dr. Panahi is the extraordinary dentist who masterfully crafts beautiful smiles by day, then transforms into an international performer and master of the ancient Persian string instruments, the Tar and Setar, captivating global audiences with soul-stirring melodies that blend timeless tradition and pure artistry. When he’s not dazzling patients or enchanting concert crowds, he’s fully committed to being an exceptional dad to his son—pouring love, adventure, and endless joy into family life.

When she’s not advancing science and patient care, Dr. Zeiarati is a super-proud mom to her son Alex, her greatest source of joy. Catch her sharpening her Spanish skills, dancing a passionate Tango, or exploring the outdoors with her husband and son—because she brings the same vibrant energy and perfect balance to life that she does to pharmacology!

As the ultimate “glue” of the operation, she masterfully orchestrates seamless workflows, empowers teams, and ensures every detail—from scheduling magic to patient experience perfection—flows effortlessly. Her deep knowledge of dental operations turns complex challenges into smooth successes, making her an indispensable force behind our academy’s excellence and growth.
Outside the office, Monica is a whirlwind of energy and love: a devoted mom always on the move with her two incredible kids, and a talented gourmet chef who whips up mouthwatering dishes that delight her family (and keep her husband grinning from ear to ear!). Whether she’s juggling family adventures or perfecting a new recipe, Monica brings the same passion, precision, and joy to life that she infuses into every aspect of dental administration.
